1. Premium Subscriptions

Elyrum offers premium access through subscriptions that unlock exclusive content.

By purchasing premium access, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings.
Cancellation will stop future billing.
You will continue to have premium access until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error.
You were charged after canceling your subscription.
Payment was duplicated.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
